<\/i>Check-out by 10.00 a.m to allow us to carefully clean and sanitize the flat<\/p>\n
<\/i>A cash security deposit of 150 \u20ac is required at the time of check-in for any potential flat damages. The deposit will be returned at check-out after flat inspection<\/p>\n
<\/i>City tax (0.80 \u20ac per day per guest) is not included; to be paid at check in<\/p>\n
<\/i>Cancellation policy: full refund of the amount already paid only if cancellation is made 15 days before the date of arrival; otherwise,\u00a0 no refund will be issued<\/p>\n
<\/i>Smoking is not allowed in the flat; however, guests can smoke outside on the balconies<\/p>\n
<\/i>It is not allowed to take items, accessories and bathroom linen, out of the flat<\/p>\n

<\/i>We kindly ask our guests to respect siesta silent times and the tranquillity of the neighborhood<\/p>\n
