There is a 3 day minimum stay.
The stay is available for adults and children not less than 16 years old
Access to the flat, located on the 1st floor, only by staircase
Check-in, starting from 3.00 p.m (guests are kindly asked, anyway, to let us know the time of their arrival the day before)
Check-out by 10.00 a.m to allow us to carefully clean and sanitize the flat
A cash security deposit of 150 € is required at the time of check-in for any potential flat damages. The deposit will be returned at check-out after flat inspection
City tax (0.80 € per day per guest) is not included; to be paid at check in
Cancellation policy: full refund of the amount already paid only if cancellation is made 15 days before the date of arrival; otherwise, no refund will be issued
Smoking is not allowed in the flat; however, guests can smoke outside on the balconies
It is not allowed to take items, accessories and bathroom linen, out of the flat
We would love if you take care of the flat as if it is your own home
We kindly ask our guests to respect siesta silent times and the tranquillity of the neighborhood
Flat cleaning is carried out at the end of the stay
Pets are not allowed
